BODYWORK

In every treatment, I do some form of bodywork.  The massage style I mainly use, Shiatsu, is elegant and energetic form of massage, which originates in Japan.  It incorporates work along the meridian pathways, helping to balance out excesses and deficiencies in the physical and energetic body.  It is done over the clothes, and includes the extremities, as well as the trunk and head. 

I also include hand and foot massage, often with a natural massage medium.  Topical liniments, salves, and herbal formulations are utilized when needed.

In addition, Snow Lotus organic Essential Oils are commonly part of a treatment.  These Artisanal distilled organic oils are used via Aroma Acupoint Therapy.
